How often should I clean my air ducts?
Every 3 to 5 years is a common guideline, and sooner after a renovation, after moving in, or if you have pets.
How often should I clean my dryer vent?
Once a year for most homes. Long runs, rooftop vents and busy households may need it more often.
How often should my chimney be inspected?
NFPA 211 calls for an annual chimney inspection. Whether it needs sweeping depends on how much you burn.
What are signs my dryer vent is clogged?
Clothes take more than one cycle to dry, the dryer gets very hot, or you notice a burning smell or lint around the outside hood.

Do you do commercial work?
Does duct sanitizing remove mold?
No. Visible mold growth needs assessment and remediation by a licensed professional. Sanitizing is for odors in ducts we have just cleaned.
Our process
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in and show us the furnace or air handler, the fireplace or the dryer. You don't need to stay in the room while we work.
What about my pets?
Please keep pets in a closed room away from the work area. Our equipment is loud, and the doors are open while we bring hoses in and out.
Do you show me what you did?
Yes. We take before and after photos on every job and send them to you.
